Shannon Heaven was born and raised in Minot, North Dakota. She later attended college at the North Dakota State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and minored in Psychology. She later moved to Wasilla, Alaska where she ran an Activity Therapy Treatment Program for emotionally disabled teenagers. While living in Alaska she met and married her husband Will, who is originally from New Zealand. They had their only child, Zion, who will be playing tennis for Appalachian State University in Boone North Carolina .

Shannon began selling real estate 15 years ago and has loved every minute of it. If you ask her, she would say her favorite part of the business is getting the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. She states that she has made many lifelong friendships with her clients and their families.

Shannon has earned several designations during her past 15 years and continues to strive to achieve additional education credits. She is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), which was a year long process. The Military Relocation Professional designation (MRP) in 2017 to better serve those who serve our country. Her CRS designation or Certified Residential Specialist Designation is what she is the most proud of. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation. In 2014 Shannon was fortunate to be able to serve as the State President for our Hawaii Aloha CRS Chapter. Under her presidency, the chapter won the prestigious National Large Chapter of the Year Award! In 2017 she was awarded the Wendall Wong Hawaii CRS of the Year award for the State of Hawaii.

Shannon was also one of ten agents chosen to attend the Hawaii Association of Realtors® inaugural Leadership Academy. She will be serving as a Board of Director for the Honolulu Board of Realtors for the next 3 years.

Shannon believes in giving the highest customer service and she sees her clients as her clients for life. She enjoys seeing families reach their goals of home ownership as well as closing chapters in their life and moving on to the next opportunity.
