Born and raised in Kailua, Brandi is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu. Brandi has been a part of the Property Profiles team for 9 years and has successfully managed hundreds of properties for her clients. She became driven to be a property manager after she and her husband, Shannon decided to start investing in real estate. They saw the income potential and possible financial security from owning rental properties. She successfully managed their properties while raising their 2 boys. It was only fitting that she would choose her professional career as being a Realtor and Property Manager once her boys began school.

Brandi and her husband enjoy the challenges that come with each new real estate endeavor and she especially enjoys seeing properties through complete renovations. Brandi continues to enjoy being able to help her clients realize the benefits of upgrading and up keeping their properties to increase the income potential and lessen the long term maintenance costs. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction, design, and decorating that make her an invaluable asset in the process.
